Questions around how 2020 changed the culture and environment of Mobility & Relocation. Hear from an RMC President how managing multiple services of relocating clients' employees around the globe was managed differently with their front line service delivery teams. Hear from a Corporate Client, experienced in large mobility programs, their 2020 lessons; and how to apply them to the future collaboration of improving employee experiences in relocating. Lastly, look to the future of what 2021 may look like from their leadership perspective both with internal employees as well as partnerships with suppliers.
