Stepping into the role of CRC President for 2026 is both exciting and energizing. What makes CRC special isn’t just the educational content or industry updates, it’s the community. We are a group of professionals who genuinely enjoy learning from one another, sharing experiences, and working together to solve real mobility challenges and improve outcomes across the corporate relocation space. There’s something valuable about a room full of industry peers who can address meaningful topics one minute and enjoy being together the next.

This year, my focus is on connection and clarity. I want CRC to continue being a place where conversations spark ideas, topics feel relevant and engaging, and members feel informed and involved. Whether it’s through our meetings, committee efforts, or the collaboration we continue to build with ERC and other partners, CRC will remain committed to delivering value that feels authentic, current, and actionable.

We’re also looking to broaden our reach and welcome more voices to the table. Growth isn’t just about increasing membership—it’s about adding new perspectives, inviting fresh leadership, and creating opportunities for members to influence the direction of our industry. And in true CRC spirit, we’ll be serious when it matters, but we’re allowed to have fun along the way. Industry events are always more meaningful when we’re learning and enjoying the journey together.

CRC will continue supporting meaningful charitable initiatives throughout the year. Giving back is an important part of who we are, and we will maintain that commitment with intention and heart.

As we move through 2026, let’s stay curious, stay collaborative, and stay open to new approaches. Progress doesn’t require perfection, it requires participation. If we can show up, engage, and share what we know, we will continue to strengthen CRC and the value it brings to our professional lives.
