Educating and empowering today's Global Mobility Professional for optimal achievement

Committees

CRC Committees are the backbone of our organization and drive our offerings to our membership.  Involvement from our membership is crucial for our council success.  We invite YOU to get involved and help shape the activities of CRC.  Please complete the below form with your area of interest.  We appreciate you getting involved in CRC!

Communications Committee Chair

The Corporate Relocation Council's Communications Committee demonstrates the value of CRC Membership by producing the eNewsletter and social media updates that provide information on meetings, educational sessions, hot topics, past and present event information, member happenings and industry updates.

Communications Committee Chair Bob Burns

Education Committee Chair

The mission statement and purpose of the Education Committee is to ensure that meaningfully valuable information is shared with and between members of the organization, to increase awareness and understanding of topics relevant to mobility professionals. The educational sessions offered by CRC are vital for industry newcomers as well as seasoned professionals in the relocation and mobility industry.

To meet this goal, the educational sessions consist of a wide variety of pertinent topics and industry trends. The education sessions offer an inclusive and engaging climate with opportunities for open discussion and typically conclude with a social networking reception. These educational sessions provide a local opportunity to learn about mobility, as well as delve into specific related topics and to meet new contacts in the industry.

In addition, the Education Committee is charged with the following responsibilities:

    • Actively collaborate with the program planning chairperson and committee in organizing the educational components for CRC meetings throughout the year
    • Conduct the CRC Annual Scholarship Award program - for High School Seniors
    • Coordinate and deliver CRC’s Annual “CRP Review Class” for those preparing to take WERC’s CRP exam
    • Ensure CRP and GMS CE credits are applied for through Worldwide ERC for each educational session

Education Chair Christina Swank

In doing so, the committee will be responsible for selecting informative subject matter, defining presentation formats, identifying appropriate presenters, and selecting/executing all arrangements for venues. The committee will strive to ensure that all CRC program arrangements meet ERC requirements for CRP credits and will continually follow-up on feedback and refine programs as needed throughout the year.

Charitable Causes Chair

In 2000, CRC leadership saw the need to formalize the charitable giving of the organization.  That same year, the Charitable Causes Committee was formed to encourage CRC membership to engage with local charities and leverage their own charitable hearts.

Charitable Causes Chair Katie Williams

Corporate Engagement Committee Chair

The corporate advisor and committee lead will oversee the corporate engagement committee to determine CRC strategy to engage with corporate CRC members specifically and provide a space for networking and benchmarking with other corporates on areas of importance.  The committee meets on a quarterly basis.  If you are interested in participating in the committee, please sign up via the form below.
