* $85.00 per service member  (first 3 members)
* $95.00 per service member  (additional 2 representatives)
* $105.00 for all non-member attendees
 
Service and Non-Member Registrations received after February 10, 2012:
* $120.00 registration fee 

Transitional Members: $25.00 registration fee
